At La Lueur, we take great care in crafting and packaging each piece.
But if something doesn’t feel perfect when it arrives — we’ll make it right, gently and easily.

Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including pouch, cards, and box).

  • We currently offer exchange or store credit — refunds are not available at this time.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at care@bylalueur.com or message us on Instagram @bylalueur.

  2. Share Details: Include your order number and reason for exchange.

  3. Our Team Responds: You’ll receive confirmation and return instructions within 24 hours.

  4. Ship the Item: Pack it securely; once received, we’ll process your replacement or credit within 2 business days.

Exchange Options

  • Different Design — Choose any other piece of equal or higher value.

  • Store Credit — Receive a credit code (valid for 90 days) to decide later.

  • Replacement — If your item arrived damaged, we’ll replace it immediately.

A Few Gentle Notes

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be exchanged if unused and sealed.

  • Custom or sale pieces are not eligible for exchange.

  • Shipping costs for exchange returns are borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
