5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours; orders placed before 12 noon are typically shipped the same day for next-day tracked delivery within the UK.

  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not liable for carrier delays or events beyond our control.

  • Title and risk transfer to you once items are handed to the carrier.

Our store is powered by Shopify, but your purchase is made directly with Silsila Brands Ltd.
Shopify is not a party to your sale and bears no responsibility for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your purchase.
