🚚 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 12 noon (UK time) are typically dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12 noon or on weekends/public holidays ship the next working day.
    During peak seasons or new launches, dispatch times may extend slightly — but we’ll always keep you informed by email.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier service levels or events outside our control (e.g. weather delays or strikes).

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we cannot reroute parcels once dispatched.

  • If your parcel is marked delivered but not received, please first contact the courier and then email us at care@bylalueur.com. We’ll assist promptly.
