At La Lueur, we want every piece you wear to feel just right.
Each order is inspected, packed, and sent with care — but if something isn’t perfect when it arrives, we’ll make it right with fairness and warmth.
Eligibility & Timeframes
Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging (including pouch, box, and brand cards).

Eligible options include:

Different Design: Exchange for another piece of equal or higher value.

Store Credit: Receive a credit code valid for 90 days.

Replacement: If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it immediately.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Returns / Refunds
In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days of receipt.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain categories cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief note explaining why.

Our team will respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) with clear instructions and return address details.

Pack your item securely using a tracked courier service. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.
Once your parcel is received and verified, we’ll process your refund, credit, or replacement within 2 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange an immediate replacement or provide a full refund, including any postage costs.
Legal Compliance — Your Consumer Rights
This policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitle you to:
